Shipping Options & Fees

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1000 within India.

  • Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹1000, a shipping charge of ₹150 will be applied.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Free shipping is not applicable to international orders. Additional shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country.


 

Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Orders (India):

    • In-stock Items: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.

    • Made-to-Order or Customized Items: These may take additional time. Estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order.

  • International Orders:

    • Delivery time for international orders may vary, typically ranging from 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs procedures.


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking details and the name of the shipping carrier. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.


 

Customs, Taxes & Duties

  • Domestic Orders (India): All prices include taxes and duties for deliveries within India.

  • International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply when the package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and you should check with your local customs office for further information.


 

Important Notes

  • Order Cut-Off Times: Please note that the order cut-off time is provided as a guideline. Delays may occur due to payment authorization or other factors.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are based on dispatch times and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services like couriers or customs.

  • Order Redirection: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be redirected or changed.

  • Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.


 

Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic: We ship to all locations within India.

  • International: We ship worldwide. Make sure to provide the correct shipping address, including zip code and phone number.


 

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at thetaambaastore@gmail.com. You will need to provide an unboxing video or photo of the damaged product (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will either send a replacement or offer a resolution.


 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or other issues, we will inform you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
